Training

Starting March 8, we will be training at River Park Tuesday and Thursday from 7 – 9 pm

Training sessions usually run 90 min. to 2 hours long. Be sure to bring the proper footwear; cleats for outdoor sessions and running shoes for indoor sessions. Other required gear includes, rugby jersey and shorts, mouth guard, lifting sleeves for jumpers, water, or any other tape you might need for your position.

Chicago Hope Academy – Grass, medium soft to firm. Located at the corner of Western and Roosevelt. Also the location of all home games.

Revere Park – Grass, firm. Traveling west on Irving Park, just past Western.

Chicago Indoor Sports – Indoor turf; molded cleats / running shoes. South on Ashland.

Chicago Hope Academy (Indoor Session) – Basketball court; running / gym shoes only.

River Park – All-weather, outdoor turf; molded cleats / running shoes. Also the location of Lions Sevens track workouts.
