Chicago Hope Academy

Chicago Hope AcademyChicago Hope Academy, an inner city Christian school catering predominantly to minority youths, which was started in 2005 by Bob Muzikowski, a former Columbia University and Old Blue NY flanker.  Hope receives no Federal, State, or Local government funds. The Chicago Lions began their relationship with Hope in 2009 through Keith Brown and Bob Muzikowski.

The Chicago Lions rugby Club annually helped raise funds to help Hope pay their field rental costs and in 200?, the Lions players leveled and re-sodded the playing field, led by the efforts of Keith Brown.

On April 24th 2015, the Chicago Lions Charitable Association (CLCA) in partnership with Chicago Hope Academy (Hope) acquired 8 acres of undeveloped land on the near west side of Chicago. This solidifies the relationship between Hope and the Chicago Lions that began in 2009.
